Click on Publisher in the middle of the page:

Go to the bottom of the page and click “apply for commission junction publisher account”

Next you will be asked to enter your country and currency. Accept all terms and you will see where you have to enter your website information. If you do not have a website you need to type this: “http://iusegoogleadwords.com” Note we will NOT be using google awords!
( You will need to delete this later and enter your website address after it is created).

Next you will enter your tax information:
Tax is Individual – No VAT #

You will have to wait a few days for CJ to Approve you.
