To put it simply, the Rank Decoding Engine Software will search Google for places you can build backlinks for your site.  The *best places to add your link.  The data shows the top social media properties to add a backlink.

I was a member of Crowd Mountain and this tool was one of the best parts of my membership.  She is revamping her membership site Crowd Mountain with a lot of new tools.  The new site is not yet available as of April 14, 2010.
